? My content isn't loading — what should I do?

First, check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh. If content still won't load, close TrekStak fully and reopen it. For persistent issues, go to Profile → Settings and tap "Sign Out," then sign back in. Your data is saved to your account and will restore automatically.

? How do I restore my subscription?

Open TrekStak, go to Profile, then Settings. Scroll down to Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored if purchased with the same Apple ID.

? Does TrekStak work offline?

Yes! City guides, self-guided tours, neighborhoods, and Local Flavours are stored on your device. You can browse and navigate without an internet connection. Only photos require connectivity.

? How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find TrekStak, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

? How does Trek Tracker work?

Trek Tracker reads your step count and walking distance from Apple Health automatically. Make sure you grant TrekStak permission in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Health.

? How does Snap & Translate work?

Point your camera at any sign, menu, or text and TrekStak will translate it instantly. Tap the camera icon from the Tools tab, allow camera access when prompted, and frame the text you want to read. No internet connection is required for the camera — translation runs on-device.
